I trained as an industrial electrician in the 1980s and my early career focussed on project management and servicing in the fields of automation and instrumentation.
My experience includes a number of years working in the UK in the water treatment and gas industries. Back home in New Zealand, I extended my project and service engineering skills working with clients such as Allflex NZ, Sunbeam and Fonterra Research, where I honed my expertise in scientific instrumentation.
In 2006 I joined Sirona Australia in Adelaide. Though primarily involved in the technical side of the business I was often called upon to assist in a sales role.
I’ve been Sales Manager at ICONA since February 2011, using my product knowledge and understanding of application in the working environment to customise solutions to fit individual client needs. My geographical area of work is usually the Central and Lower North Island and the South Island but you can come and say hello to me at most of the trade shows, conferences and events that ICONA attends around the country.
